Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders (such as during a new collection drop or holiday season), shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • U.S. Orders Over $130: FREE Standard Shipping.

  • U.S. Orders Under $130: Standard carrier rates apply (calculated at checkout based on weight and destination).

  • Delivery Estimates: Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days once handed off to the carrier. Express shipping options are available at checkout if you need your gear faster.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Warhorse New York ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Delivery to P.O. Boxes or military addresses may require additional transit time depending on the carrier.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

International Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide so you can rep Warhorse New York no matter where you ride.

  • Shipping Rates: Rates are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your destination country and package weight.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Warhorse New York is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

  • Delivery Estimates: International shipping times vary drastically by destination but typically take 7 to 21 business days.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Warhorse New York is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We highly recommend double-checking your shipping address at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once they leave our facility.
